Dd:

Depends on infecting worm but includes beriberi,nephrotic syn., bacterial gut infections, urticaria,all causes of acute abdomen, pneumonia

Phys:

Nematodes that infect the gut include Strongyloi­des, threadworm, hookworm, toxocara (visceral larva migrans), ascaris and trichuriasis. Symp­toms depend on species. Other nematodes may invade tissues
