Depends on infecting worm but includes beriberi,nephrotic syn., bacterial gut infections, urticaria,all causes of acute abdomen, pneumonia
Phys:
Nematodes that infect the gut include Strongyloides, threadworm, hookworm, toxocara (visceral larva migrans), ascaris and trichuriasis. Symptoms depend on species. Other nematodes may invade tissues
