Blue bloater, tachycardia, warm periphery,dyspnoea, jugular venous pressure, parasternal heave, 4th heart sound, hepatomegaly, diastolic murmur, peripheral oedema

Dd:

CCF, ventricular failure, bronchiectasis, asthma,emphysema, lung fibrosis, lung cancer, pulmo­nary embolism, severe anaemia

Phys:

Right ventricular dilatation secondary to pulmo­nary hypertension which may be due to many dif­ferent lung diseases
