Mild to moderate hypertension in patients stabilised on the individual components in the same proportions

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredient. History of angioneurotic edema whlie treating with ACE inhibitors

Pregnancy. Nursing mothers. Impaired renal function, hepatic function, patients undergoing surgery, diabetic patients.

Other anti hypertensives, lithium, K+ supplements or K+ sparing diuretics, tubocurarine, alcohol, barbiturates, narcotics, antidiabetic agents, corticosteroids, pressor amines, NSAIDs
