Indications & Dose:

Advanced prostate cancer in combination with a gonadorelin analogue or surgical castration; localised or locally advanced prostate cancer either alone or as adjuvant treatment.

DOSE: Advanced prostate cancer, with orchidectomy or gonadorelin therapy, 50mg daily (in gonadorelin therapy, started 3 days beforehand. Localised or locally advanced prostate cancer, 150mg once daily
