Indications & Dose:

Symptomatic treatment of functional gastro-intestinal disorders, characterized by smooth muscle spasm and meteorism, in particular IBS. Spasm of the gastro-intestinal or genito-urinary tracts and in spasmodic dysmenorrhoea.

Adults 1-2 tablets/ 2tsf 3-4/ one sachet 3-4times/day before meal and at bed time or one Capsule 2-3 times daily.

Child:  12-18 years 10ml-20ml syp/Susp 20-60 minutes before meals and at bed time or when required

Contraindications:

Patients with intestinal obstruction, paralytic ileus, faecal impaction, or in combination with sterculia. Also contraindicated if there is difficulty in swallowing; pregnancy (during 1st trimester) and breast-feeding.

Cautions:

Pregnancy and Lactation: Pregnancy: As a precaution, this medication should not be taken during the first three months of pregnancy. As a result and in the absence of an unexpected harmful effect to mothers and children. Can be administered during the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy
