Triprolidine +Pseudoephedrine +Paracetamol

Indications & Dose:

for the symptomatic relief of conditions where upper respiratory tract congestion is associatedwith pyrexia and/or pain, e.g the common cold and influenza, sinusitis, nasopharyngitis.

Elixer: Children aged 2-5 years: 2.5 ml elixir 3 times daily Children aged 6 to 12 years: 5m1 elixir 3 times daily. Children less than 2 years: is not recommended in children under 2 years of age. Elderly: normal adult dosage is appropriate, although it may be advisable to monitor renal and/ or hepatic function. Tab: Adults and Children Over 12 Years: 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day

Contraindications:

Patients who are taking or have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors within the preceding two weeks. The concomitant use of pseudoephedrine and this type of product may occasionally cause a rise in blood pressure. patients with severe hypertension or severe coronary artery, hould be avoided with the concomitant use of alcohol or other centrally-acting sedatives
