Indications & Dose:


Benign gastric ulcer, duodenum:


30mg daily in the morning for 4weeks.


Zollinger ellison syndrome:


60mg daily, adjusted according to response; daily doses 120mg or more given to two dividwd doses


Duodenal ulcer/Reflux oesophagitis:


30mg daily in the morning for 4 weeks.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity

Side Effects:

CNS: Headache,


GI: Abdominal pain, diarrhea, increased ALT and AST, nausea
