Indications & Dose:

Wound disinfection. Routine antisepsis in obstetrics, wards and operation theatres.


DOSE Apply two or more times daily. 

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, avoid use on the brain meninges, middle ear and other sensitive tissues

Side Effects:

Irritation of the conjunctivae and other sensitive tissue

Aqueous solution should be freshly prepared at the recommended concentration and appropriate measures must be taken to prevent contamination during storage of dilution. Syringes and needles immersed in chloroxy-lenol must be thoroughly rinsed.


Pregnancy, Breast-feeding, Old age:


May be used.
