Indications & Dose:

Inflammatory and infectious diseaes of the mouth ahd throat. Aphthae, gingivitis (e.g. aphthous stomatitis, ulcerative stomatitis, aphthous gingivitis, ulcerative gingivitis), glossitis, fungal infections of the oropharynx, especially in subjects affected with thrush, peridontal diseases and comcomitant symptoms. Injuries of the mouth and throat, prior to and following oropharyngeal surgery, particularly in post-tonsillectomy cases. Local therapy of common cold, influenza, pharyngitis tonsillitis.


Effective against fetid breath and bleeding gums. Provides reliable Sanitization of dentures. DEQUONAL is also effective in minor cuts, scratches, insect bites, skin infections and infectious dandruff.


DOSE


Unless otherwise directed by the doctor.


Adults


Mouth spray: 3-5 pufs every 2 hourly. Gargle solution: One table spoonful of undiluted gargle solution of dequonal should be used in the morning, in the evening and after meals.


Children & Infants


Mouth Spray: 1-3 pufs 3-4 times a day or more in severe cases.
