Sodium Cromoglycate + Benzalkonium Chloride

Indications & Dose:

Prophylaxis and treatment of both seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. Chronic allergic rhinitis where prolonged therapy is required. For the prophylaxis and treatment of acute condition of allergic rhinitis

DOSE 

Preventive, hence, it is necessary that the patient is advised to maintain regular dosage to relieve symptoms for prolonged relief. 

Treatment :One spray in each nostril 4-6 times daily or as directed by the physician. 

Prophylaxis: One spray in each nostril 4 times daily or as directed by the physician. The therapy should start at least one week before exposure to the offending allergens and should continue through out the season. 

Children: One spray in each nostril four times daily or as directed by the physician. 

Contraindications:

There are no specific contra-indications.

Side Effects:

Irritation of the nose . In rare cases wheezing or tightness of the chest
