Indications & Dose:

Prevention of ifosfamide-induced and (cyclophosphamide-induced)* hemorrhagic cystitis
DOSAGE
Adult and Child

• IV give 20% of ifosfamide dosage (by weight) at the time of ifosfamide administration and 4 and 8 hr after each dose of ifosfamide

CNS: Fatigue, headache
CV: Hypotension
GI: Bad taste in mouth, diarrhea, nausea, soft stools, vomiting
MS: Limb pain
SKIN: Alopecia, dry skin, pain on inj, rash, skin discoloration, sweating
MISC: Breast tenderness, change in breast size, gynecomastia
