Indications & Dose:

Use with cisplatin for the treatment of unresectable malignant pleural mesothelioma which has not previously been treated with mesothelioma which has not previously been treated with chemotherapy. Alone for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancre which has previously been treated with chemotherapy

Pregnancy : breast feeding

myelosuppression, gastrointestinal toxicity and skin disorder.
