Indications & Dose:

Anaemia associated with renal failure in dialysis or pre-dialysis patients AND not currently treated with erythropoietins



Above 18 years by SC ir IV initially 600nanograms /kg once every two weeks, adjusted according to response at intervals of at least 4 weeks, maintainance dose of double the previous fortnightly every 4 qwwks.


Symptometic anemia associated with chronic kidney disease in patients who are not on dialysis, not currently treated with erythropoietins,.



Above 18 years by SC initially 1.2 mcg /kg once every four weeks,


Symptometic anemia associated with chronic kidney disease in patients who currently treated with erythropoietins.



Above 18 years by SC ir IV consult with product literature
