Dorzolamide HCl + Timolol Maleate

Indications & Dose:

Treatment of elevated intraocular pressure when concomitant therapy is appropriate in patients with;


Open angle glaucoma, Pseudofoliative glaucoma, Ocular hypertension, Other secondry open-angle glaucoma. 


DOSE


Adult: One drop  in the affected eye(s) two times daily 
Children : Not recommended 

Contraindications:

Bronchial asthma or history of asthma. COPD, Second or third degree atrioventricular block, Sinus bradycardia, Cardiogenic shock, Overt cardiac failure, Hypersensitivity.

H/O severe cardiac disease, signs of cardiac failure, pulse should be monitored. Severe renal and hepatic impairment. Lenses should be removed before use of this drug.
