Timolol + Latanoprost

Indications & Dose:

Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (lOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to topical lOP lowering agents.


POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION: Use in adults (including the elderly): One drop in the affected eye(s) once daily. Use in children: Safety and effectiveness in children have not been established. 

Contraindications:

Latanoprost-timolol maleate is contraindicated in patients with: Reactive airway disease including bronchial asthma, a history of bronchial asthma, or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sinus bradycardia, second or third-degree atrioventricular block, overt cardiac failure, or cardiogenic shock. Known hypersensitivity to latanoprost, timolol maleate, or any other component of the product.
