Indications & Dose:
Inhibition of intra-operative miosis (but does not possess intrinsic mydriatic properties) | Control of anterior segment inflammation following postoperative and postlaser trabeculoplasty when corticosteroids contraindicated
TO THE EYE
Adult: (consult product literature)
ALLERGY AND CROSS-SENSITIVITY Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to aspirin or any other NSAID— which includes those in whom attacks of asthma, angioedema, urticaria or rhinitis have been precipitated by aspirin or any other NSAID
INDICATIONS: For the inhibition of intraoperative miosis. Postoperative and postlaser trabeculoplasty inflammation of the anterior segment of the eye.To treat postlaser and postoperative anterior segment inflammation. Inhibition of intra-operative miosis.
DOSE Adult & Children
For the inhibition of intraoperative miosis, total 4 drops in the eye(s) by instilling 1 drop every 1/2 hr beginning two hour before surgery. One drop into the conjunctival sac every four hours for 1 week following laser trabeculoplasty or two to three weeks after other surgical procedures.
Contraindications:
Herpes simplex keratitis. Hypersensitivity, herpes simplex Keratitis (dendritic).
Side Effects:
Transient burning sensation, local irritation, in conjunction with surgery there is an increase in bleeding tendency of ocular tissues.

Acute eye infections may be masked by the use of topical NSAID.
PRECAUTIONS: Acute infection of eye may be masked by topical flurbiprofen. NSAID sensitivity.
Pregnancy & breast-feeding: Use with caution.
Old age: May be used.
