Disodium Cromoglycate g + Tetrahydrozoline

Indications & Dose:

Treatment of vernal conjunctivitis and other forms of allergic conjunctivitis.
DOSE
Adults & Children:
1-2 drops every 4 times daily in each eye. 

Contraindications:

Patients with noted hypersensitivity to one or more components contained in this preparation. This drug  should not be used in patients affected from glaucoma or other serious ophthal-mic diseases, nor in cardiopatic, hypertensive, hyperthyroid and diabetic patients.

Side Effects:

With topical use of vasoconstrictors drugs, sometimes can be temporary burning sensations, occasional pupil dilation, systemic absorption effects (hypertension, heart disorders, hypergly-cemia), increased intraocular pressure, transient headaches and nausea and hypersensitivity phenomena of the conjunctiva. In this case, it is necessary to interrupt treatment and consult a physician in order to establish an appropriate therapy. Any side effects not described herein, should be communicated to your physician or pharmacist

This drug should be given to


CHILDREN only under close supervision of a physician and must not be used in


CHILDREN less than three years old due to its vasoconstrictor activity. Use in
pregnancy and nursing. As for all drugs, it is advisable to avoid administering the product during the first three months of pregnancy

Interaction:

Drug
With other drugs and any other kind of interactions. Due to its vasoconstrictor activity, the product should be used with caution in patients who are being treated with antidepressants.
