Indications & Dose:
Thrombophelbitis, thrombosis. All types of inflammations, such as inflammations in the ENT area, such as sinusitis, otitis media, inflammations of the respiratory system such as bronchitis. Inflammations of the gastrointestinal tract, such as in the pancreas, liver and intestines. Inflammations of the urinary tract and genital organs. Inflammations and thrombi in veins, arteries and lymphatic vessels with resulting circulatory disturbances. Inflammations accompanying rheumatic diseases. Inflammations following injuries such as contusions, strains. Inflammations of the skin, such as burns, abrasions, lacerations, cuts, operative wounds, leg ulcers. Inflammations with oedema, inflammations folowing radiation therapy.
DOSE Unless otherwise prescribed, the following dosage guidelines apply; 3 times daily 2 coated tablets, as maintenance dosage. Depending upon seriousness of the affliction, the dosage may be increased without hesitation up to two or three times the normal dose. In case of injuries, a massive dosage of 30 or more coated tablets daily. It is recommended to take the coated tablets either at one time or several times during the day, approximately 1 to 1/2 hours before meals with copious amount of fluid. No side effects have been observed even under long term treatment with high doses.
Contraindications:
In severe inborn or acquired clotting disorders (haemophilia, severe liver damage, patients with dialysis) you should ask your physician before taking Hydrolytic enzymes; that goes also beforre surgery. During pregnancy, the administration of Hydrolytic enzymes as of all medication should be critically assessed
Side Effects:
Rarely, the enzymatic effects may produce a harmless change in consistency, color and odour of the stool. Allergic reactions observed rarely, subside following discontinuation of the medication

Drugs
Incompatibilities of Wobenzym N with other concomitantly administered drugs are not known. Concomitant administeration of Wobenzym N and antibiotics causes a higher antibiotic concentration in the sphere of activity.
