Indications & Dose:

50 /200


Osteoarthritis:



One tablet 2-3 times daily


Rheumatoid Arthritis:



One tablet 2-33-4 times daily


70 /200:


Patients who can not tolerate full daily


50 /200 regime than recommended dose is one tablet twice daily 

Contraindications:

The peri-operative setting of coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG). Although.  Pregnancy, breastfeeding, Severe uncontrolled heart failure.  Known or suspected hypersensitivity to diclofenac sodium, misoprostol, or any of the  components/excipients. History of asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking ASA Gastric /  duodenal / peptic ulcer, Cerebrovascular bleeding or other bleeding disorders.  Inflammatory bowel disease.  Significant hepatic impairment or active liver disease.  Severely impaired or deteriorating renal function . Known hyperkalemia - Renal – Fluid and  Electrolyte Balance). 
Children and adolescents less than (18) years of age.
