Indications & Dose:

Acute and chronic low back and sciatic pain, cervicobrachial neuralgia, refractory torticollis, post-traumatic and post-operative painful syndromes. Spastic sequelae of hemiparesis, Parkinson’s disease and parkinsonism caused by drugs, with special reference to the neurodysleptic syndrome.



Adults: 8mg after the main meals.


Children: Not recommended.



Adults: Two amps by i.m. inj over a period of 24 hours.

 Flaccid paralysis, muscular hypotonia.
