Methoxy Polyethylene Glycol Epoetin Beta

Indications & Dose:

Anaemia associated with renal failure in dialysis or pre-dialysis patients AND not currently treated with erythropoietins  BY SUBCUTANIOUS OR IV Above 18 years by SC ir IV  initially 600nanograms /kg once every  two weeks, adjusted according to response at intervals of at least 4 weeks, maintainance dose of double the previous fortnightly every 4 qwwks. Symptometic anemia associated with chronic kidney disease in patients who are not on dialysis, not currently treated with erythropoietins,.  BY SUBCUTANIOUS Above 18 years by SC  initially 1.2 mcg /kg once every four weeks, Symptometic anemia associated with chronic kidney disease in patients who currently treated with erythropoietins.  BY SUBCUTANIOUS OR IV Above 18 years by SC ir IV consult with product literature.
