Indications & Dose:

Control and prevention of pain and dysfunction caused by smooth muscle spasm. Biliary and renal colics; cholecystopathy associated with spastic symptoms, cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, nephrolithiasis, pyelitis, cystitis, prostatitis, peptic ulcer, cardiospasm, pylorospasm, spastic constipation, colitis, tenesmus; smooth muscle spasms provoked by instrumental diagnostic procedures. Dysmenorrhoea, in pregnancy for the suppression of uterine irritability in obstetrics to relax the constriction of os uterus, after-pains, threatened abortion, postoperative meteorism of spastic origin. 



Adult: Tab. 40 mg initially 2 tab followed by 1-2 tab 3 times / daily.


Children: (Dose to be adjusted according to age and body wt.). 1-6 years: 20mg 3-4 times daily. 6-12 years: 40mg thrice daily



Inj. 40mg 1-2 amp i.v 1-3 times / daily.

Hypersensitivity.
