Biphasic Insulin Lispro

Indications & Dose:

Humalog Mix25 is indicated in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus that requires insulin for the maintenance of normal glucose homeostasis. The dosage of Insulin Lispro is determined by the physician in accordance with the requirements of the patient. It should be given by subcutaneous injection, including use in continuous subcutaneous infusion pumps, should not be given intravenously.

INDICATIONS: Insulin requiring diabetes. 

DOSAGE: Should be administered according to the requirement of patient. The dosage of insulin should be adjusted to maintain premeal and bedtime blood glucose of 90-140 mg/dL (Children < 5 years: 100-200 mg/dL).
