Indications & Dose:

Symptoms and signs of cerebral aging: Memory & Vigilance disorders, disorders of intellectual function

Parkinsons disease:As monotherapy in forms where tremor is predomonant or in combonation with levodopa.

•  BY MOUTH

Adult and Child > 12 yr

Cerebral aging: 150mg daily with meal

Parkinsons disease: 50-200mg daily depending on patients response, in individual dose with meal 

Contraindications:

Cardiovascular collaps, acute myocardial infarction. Avoid in centrally acting dopaminergic antagonists, haloperidol
