Indications & Dose:
Peripheral vascular disease | Venous leg ulcer (adjunct)
Adult: 400 mg 2–3 times a day
Contraindications:
Acute myocardial infarction . cerebral haemorrhage . extensive retinal haemorrhage . severe cardiac arrhythmias
Side Effects:
Rare Angina . hypotension
Very rare Bleeding

HEPATIC IMPAIRMENT Manufacturer advises reduce dose in severe impairment.
RENAL IMPAIRMENT Reduce dose by 30–50% if eGFR less than 30 mL/minute/1.73m2.
